The Rose Shop

I live in a different part of the state and called in a delivery request. I needed a special arrangement delivered to local hotel in Idaho Falls for the next day. My grand daughter was competing in the Miss Teen Idaho pageant. I had a picture in my mind of what I wanted to surprise her with when she and her family checked into the hotel. The arrangement was delivered in time just the next day and it was so beautiful! It was just what I requested and so fresh and gorgeous. Thank you so much! You exceeded my expectations!

I needed to send flowers to a funeral in Rigby but it's so difficult to choose a florist when you can't see their arrangements in person. Fortunately, when I called the Rose Shop, they were very helpful. I shared my budget and a general idea of what we were looking for and they delivered our beautiful arrangement without any issues. They were kind enough to send a photo so our family would know what the flowers looked like. We would definitely use the Rose Shop again!

My husband ordered flowers for me from here for valentines and now my anniversary. The flowers are top notch the freshest flowers I have ever received. They last for 1-2 weeks. So gorgeous. Highly recommend!!! Plus supporting local is huge for us!!!

Got this for someone who had never recieved flowers before. The online photo looked wonderful. Went to pick it up right at closing and was sorely dissapointed to see it was a one half/sided bouquet. This was a siuation where this was the final night and moment I could give her these flowers and it just looks very bad for the occasion and they were closed by the time I got the flowers delivered. The website did not specify this is a one sided bouquet either. Its was just a sucker punch feeling in terms of dissapointment because of how much I wanted them to mean. Minus the 1 star for lack of proper description online and the frustration it caused. Taylor from the shop had reached out today and is super awesome. She has always been incredible and quick to help me with anything from the shop and today was no different in her actions. 5 stars to her. Been ordering from The Rose Shop for close to 10 years and will keep doing so thanks if not in part to the fantastic bouquets in the past. But also because of her fantastic customer service.

I got a bouquet delivered to my mom for her birthday. I ordered them online about 1:30 PM and they were delivered same day around 4:00 PM 15-20 minutes outside of Idaho Falls. They are so beautiful! They’re even more beautiful than I expected. My mom said it’s the biggest bouquet of flowers she’s ever gotten. My dad was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and I came to the sad realization that he won’t be buying flowers for her anymore so I wanted to step in and make it special for her. These flowers were beyond perfect. Not to mention, the price for the size, quality, delivery, and same day delivery within a few hours is an amazing deal. Thank you so much!!
